The 10 Specialty Teas from Taiwan are a categorization developed by the TBRS (ex TRES) to formally clasify the most well known taiwanese teas into 10 well stablished categories.
This 10 Specialty Teas are distinguished by their production process, and some of them also by the Cultivar which they are made from.
Knowing and identifying the 10 Specialty Teas is a great way to understand the taiwanese tea industry and will give you a wide appreciation of the most famous teas we drink in Taiwan.
