梨山烏龍茶 - Lishan Wulong
Elegant and with character. We can perceive this in a silky tea on the palate, full of nutrients that give it complexity and a sweet aftertaste. Surprisingly, we do not perceive astringency, a slight bitterness if you let the tea infuse for several minutes.
The aromatic description is very diverse thanks to its complexity. Pastries represented with aromas of butter cookies, cooked vegetables such as bamboo soup and floral aromas characteristic of the white flower group.
This tea comes from the Iris family garden located at 1,800 meters above sea level near the town of Lishan. We can attest to how well cared for these plants are and the agricultural method.
