梨山紅烏龍 - Lishan Red Wulong
More of a look of black tea, Lishan red wulong was made in 2024 in an experimental way at the factory of the family of Iris.
Red wulong is a heavy oxidized and roasted tea. The leaves go through wulong process. Has orange or reddish tea infusion color which is similar to black tea. Red wulong usually carrys flavor of fruit and honey. Very roundly mild in the mouth. Either hot brew or cold brew melt your heart!
An unique specailty that you must try especially if you love both black tea and wulong!

Brewing recommendations:
- Teapot: Porcelain or glass.
- Serving: 5g tea per 100ml water.
- Temperature: 85°C - 90°C.
- Suggested brewing time:
- 25 seconds
- 35 seconds
- 45 seconds
- Increase 15 - 20 seconds for each subsequent brew
