杉林溪紅茶 - Shanlinxi Red Tea
A limited selection. From the Shanlinxi tea plantation nestled amongst cypress and bamboo forests. Classic red tea (black in the West) from Taiwan.
Produced from the 青心烏龍 (Qingxin Wulong) cultivar, a versatile cultivar that has a great potential for aromas depending on the processing. Harvested during the last week of May.
Evident golden buds between whole and rolled leaves. Delicate and persistent thanks to master producers with experience in small-leaf black tea. Medium-light intensity. Soft, persistent, fruity, sweet and dried fruit aroma.

- Teapot: Clay, porcelain or glass.
- Serving: 6g tea per 100ml water.
- Temperature: 80°C - 100°C.
- Suggested brewing time:
- 40 seconds

- Increase 15 - 20 seconds for each subsequent brew
