When will I receive my order? We usually process orders within a maximum of 48 business hours, during which time we prepare your order and dispatch it according to the shipping option available for the destination of your order. It is then the responsibility of the postal company (EMS, Courier, etc.) to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that the process of entry in each country is different and may even require additional information from the recipient of the shipment. This is why you will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as we have it available so that you can stay tuned for any news. That said, shipments usually arrive within 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. Please visit our "Shipping" page for more information on times and available destinations.

Which countries do you ship to?We ship to almost every country worldwide, with a few exceptions due to specific contingencies. We primarily use three shipping methods: EMS, an express service from Taiwan Post available to select destinations (costing between $15 and $20); Courier, for countries not covered by EMS, offered at a flat rate of $45; and National, for shipments within Taiwan, which is free. For more details, please visit our "Shipping" page.
