茉莉烏龍茶 - Jasmine Wulong
Wulong or 青茶 Blue tea, is a semi-oxidized tea from light to high oxidation.
Our Jasmine Wulong contains Lishan wulong tea from spring and organic jasmine flowers from May 2022.
How did we make this blend?
We placed the wulong tea and jasmine flowers together on a large tray and transferred to a second tray to blend, repeating over and over until the leaves and flowers were evenly mixed.
We let it rest for a few days and then lightly roasted it.
It is a naturally aromatic blend thanks to the balanced work of the tea and flowers. On the nose, the aroma is clearly jasmine. After drinking, like a wulong that contains different layers of aroma, it is creamy and abundant. Finally, the aroma of Jasmine appears and persists in the mouth.

- Teapot: Porcelain.
- Serving: 6g tea per 100ml water.
- Temperature: 95°C - 100°C.
- Suggested brewing time:
- 50 seconds
- 35 seconds
- 45 seconds
- Increase 10 - 15 seconds for each subsequent brew
