梨山東方美人茶 - Lishan Oriental Beauty
This is a Wulong tea produced in the style of Oriental Beauty, using QingXin Wulong Cultivar in late April, few days before the spring harvest of Lishan Wulong. It's a limited batch, just few kg, made by Iris and José from bushes bitten by Jacobiasca Formosana (the famous leafhopper). This concentration of Leafhoppers at High Altituted is difficult to find, so this tea is rare and probably will pass few years before we produce it again.
This tea was made on a sunny spring day, in the Yang family factory at more than 2,000 meters above sea level.

Tasting notes ISO 3103:
A rich mix of Floral, Fruity and Honey aromas. We describe it having tropical fruit aromas like passion fruit and papaya, also white flowers and the characteristic honey aroma from Oriental Beauty.
It's body is medium-to-thick, so there is a balance between sweet and bitterness which give it character.
