This tea comes from Iris's family garden located at 1,800 meters above sea level near the village of Lishan. We can attest to how well cared for these plants are and to the farming method, as they use natural fertilizers.

- Serving: 6g tea per 100ml water.
- Temperature: 95°C - 100°C.

- 50 seconds
- 35 seconds
- 45 seconds
- Increase 10 - 15 seconds for each subsequent brew
