Plucked by hand by Iris in the summer of 2022 at 1,800 meters above sea level, this white tea was processed using traditional methods lead by the weather conditions of that  sunny June day.
 
Silky, full-bodied, very complex in fruity and floral aromas.
The leaves are carefully stored in a sealed container to preserve their beautiful shape, as you can see in the pictures.
It has a very good aging potential.
 
This tea comes from Iris' family garden located near the town of Lishan (see map at the bottom of the page). We can attest to how well cared for these plants are and the agricultural method.
