The cultivar Four Seasons Spring (四季春 - Sijichun) does very well at low altitudes in Taiwan all year around. Famous because it grows quickly and yields abudantly. Although it is common that this type of cultivar is used for industrialized tea, our friends at Mingjian have an excellently maintained garden and skillful craftmanship to make it into a balanced small leaf aromtatic black tea.


It is an approachable and accessible tea with pleaseant floral notes. A very good tea to start discovering the flavors and craftmanship of Taiwan small leaf black tea.
