Throughout our website, and specially our blog, you can see that since moving to Taiwan we have been in close contact with tea masters from different areas. Learning production techniques, analyzing teas to distinguish both flaws and virtues, how they handle their tea gardens and their unique views on the tea industry.
We have also been in contact with TBRS, which stands for Tea and Beverage Research Station, part of the Ministry of Agriculture from the Government of Taiwan. TBRS helps us tea professionals to standardize our tea knowledge in both theory and practice.
Few years ago TBRS opened again their international certifications and José signed up to become a Seed Teacher for any foreigner who wants to learn and certify under TBRS standards.
