Official certification issued by TBRS and taught by Yang Tea Taiwan. This is the Primary level for foreign nationals (non taiwanese), whose official certificate is issued by the TBRS (institute of research for tea and other beverages from the Ministry of Agriculture from Taiwan). José is a Seed Instructor for TBRS and will guide you throughout the process of obtaining the certificate of TBRS.
